The Merkava Mk. 4M is a later improved version of the Mk.4. Its main difference is a new active protection system. Like its predecessors, Israel has employed these tanks in operations carried out in the Middle East.

In Armored Warfare, the Merkava Mk.4M Barak is a tier 10 Main Battle Tank originating from the Israel, and is sold by Sol Schreiber. It can be unlocked from Merkava Mk. 4, and is the end of the Israeli MBT line.
